Grammar you can use, not names to memorise
Every question asks you to do something with the word — find it, fix it, choose between two — rather than label it. A child who can say "adverb" and cannot use one has been taught the label.
The trap is named in advance
its and it’s, there and their, the apostrophe on a plural. For most of these the mistake is more predictable than the rule, so you are told about it before you make it.
Every topic explains what it actually is
An apostrophe is a luggage tag: it goes on the owner. A subordinate clause is a caravan — it has wheels but it will not drive off on its own. The picture comes first, then the rule.
Keep the scores, and see what is not landing.
Above, nothing is kept. With an account you set a topic for a child, and afterwards see the score, which questions keep going wrong, and whether it is getting better. Children never sign in — they are profiles under your account, with no email address and no password.
